T-Hunted blog was created in Brazil in 2009, when its owner lost his job and needed to do something with his free time. So he started writing about his hobby, that began in the 70’s when he was a child, but halted when he was young and came back when he grew up.
The goal with T-Hunted was just write, with no plans to earn money or become the biggest source of diecast news in the world. There was so little information available about what was coming to stores, and how you know if a car is a T-Hunt or not, so it was a good idea to help people to know more about that hobby.
In the beginning, the idea was to interview some hobby personalities around the world, and that was very popular. But as the blog grew up, it made a lot of people want to supply T-Hunted with information, and some of them started to send pictures of unreleased cars. That was hugely popular among collectors, until one day when T-Hunted showed the world the new Dodge Viper, even before the real car was released (since Mattel was making a replica of the real car), and the blog just exploded! All sites, newspapers, magazines over the world showed the news, and T-Hunted became very famous!
Even today the blog, its Instagram and Facebook are the biggest source for diecast collectors all over the world, and everyone that loves that hobby follows T-Hunted to know which models are coming from their loved brands.
