Why kids need to learn coding?

Coding or programming is a skill that is becoming as important as reading and writing. In this age of technology it is important to know the language of computers, so we can tell them what to do.

Learning to code develops in children the ability to solve problems, think analytically and logically.    Coding uses the same part of the brain as Maths – logical thinking. So a child who is good in maths, will be be good in  coding and vice-versa.

What will my child learn?

They will learn programming concepts, such as sequences, iteration, conditionals, variables and data structures. They will develop problem-solving and project-design skills, such as reasoning logically, debugging problems, developing ideas from initial conception to completed project, and sustaining focus.  All in a fun way, by making presentations, stories, games and animated movies. Their projects will be saved online, so they can share with anyone.

Scratch Coding with Math NEW

Too many kids grow up fearing Mathematics!Just passing the Math exam anyhow from one grade to another will not help your child in the long run. Math is about logical thinking skills, which we need in life, beyond numbers.

At MakersLoft, we are confident that we can not just erase the fear of Math in your child, but make it enjoyable and relatable for them.  To know more about our Scratch Coding with Maths Course, WhatsApp us.

Trishna Pereira Mother of Shanaya, 6 years I enrolled my son, a student of Don Bosco, Park Circus, with MakersLoft right at the onset of lockdown in Kolkata, in Scratch Coding classes. Abhay has absolutely loved his classes and the credit for it goes not only to the curriculum but also to the extremely dedicated and knowledgeable faculty. In Abhay’s words “Rijit Sir is extremely patient with me, solves all my problems, he is never glum, has a delightful sense of humour and makes the classes very interesting.” Needless to say, I am extremely happy with MakersLoft’s programs and curriculum.
