What are the delivery charges for your Online Store?
Delivery Charges vary vendor to vendor and are not determined by us. Certain vendors, who use our warehouse use our delivery charges.
Which Payment Methods are accepted in the Online Store?
We accept most of the channels of payment used within India. COD service is not offered by Kollector Bay and would not be offered anytime in the future.
You can pay using your Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI & PayTM Wallet. We accept VISA, Mastercard & American Express.
How long will the Delivery take?
Usually we ship within 48 hours from the Order date except for products on Pre-Orders. From the time of dispatch, it would take 1 day to 4 days to get delivered depending on the customer location.
How secure is shopping at Kollector Bay? Is my Data protected?
As secure as your Bank Account. We don’t share your data with any Third Party vendors or publishers. Your financial login information do not bypass our gateway but of PayTM. We do not receive or hold any of your payment details with us. Additionally, we follow the GDPR norms and can delete all your information based on specific requests at any given point of time.
Do I receive an invoice for my Order?
Of course you do. We are a Private Limited Company and as per the Income Tax Act, we provide digital Invoices to all our Collectors purchasing at Collectovan India. If any user requires a GSTN Invoice, all they have to do is raise a request with our Customer Care via Chat and we will assist them within 24 hours from request date.
Do you accept returns?
No. We strictly recommend our customer to open the package we shipped while recording the same using your phone camera as a proof. Since we deal with collectible items which are new and old, we always mention the condition of the item on the Product Page. Product Photos also shows the condition of the item. So, if there is no video recording of the package being opened and item condition not matching the description, we will not accept any return or take responsibility of the same. Also, damage in transit is not the responsibility of Kollector Bay, however, we have partnered with the best shipping partners for smooth and trusted delivery service.
Why are some products can’t be procured beyond 1 unit?
This is vendor specific and some vendors prohibit buyers to purchase a product more than 1 unit throughout their product lifecycle. However, most other buyers don’t have that limitation.
